Yangqian Yan

Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

I joined Department of Physics, the Chinese University of Hong Kong as an assistant professor on August, 2021. Before that, I was conducting cold atom theory and quantum simulation research in the group of Dr. Qi Zhou at Purdue university. I obtained my Ph.D. degree at Washington State University under supervision of Dr. Doerte Blume in May 2016. My thesis work was on the theoretical investigation of cold atomic few-body systems.
